1. Tell me what your role involves.

I support management with day-to-day activities and monitor and support the team to achieve smooth running of tasks through the production area to meet customer expectations. I also support with shipping and administrative tasks.

 

2. What attracted you to join SST?

I wanted to be part of a successful company which I could grow and learn to my full potential and had heard good things about the company regarding this.

3. What did you do before you came here?
Before coming here I worked as a nursery nurse and had great responsibilities but wanted to have a different challenging role.

 

4. What do you love about working here?
The fact I have already been promoted within my first year with SST and I enjoy learning and growing within the company.  I also like the people I work with as they have such good working characteristics which I can learn from.
